Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email box accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
